- KKarenVIPChicago / Illinois •16 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIt was very busy so thank goodness we had a reservation. I recommend always making a reservation anyway. I had the parmesan crusted mahi mahi and my friend had a cheeseburger. We both thought our meals were delicious. Between that and the pretzel bread that is served complimentary, we were so full afterward. We also got a bottle of the rhubarb wine to share. It has a unique flavor. It's a sweet wine but not overly sweet. I felt it was a perfect accompaniment to my mahi mahi. The noise level was higher than usual due to the large crowd but overall it was a very pleasant evening.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Downers Grove, ILPrice: Moderate• American• Downers Grove•4.7
- KKellyVIPChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoIt was amazing as per usual. We sat with Alyssa and she was a bundle of joy. There was live music and it was very lovely. The drinks were fantastic we got the Coastal Experience (made it spicy). As always it was a pleasure to dine as such a wonderful establishment. 11/10More infoThe Hampton Social - Burr RidgePrice: Moderate• American• Burr Ridge•4.6
- LLisaVIPChicago / Illinois •10 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024I had the cod and Greek rice. It was phenomenal! One of the best cod dishes I've ever had (and I get cod and whitefish often). My husband had the lamb lollipops and he also thought they were the best he's ever had. We had saganaki as an app (delicious) and the French press coffee and baklava for desert. I loved that the baklava was served in 4 thin sliced rounds vs a big square. And French press coffee is unique in that most restaurants do not serve it. My husband couldn't stop talking about how good it was. Everthing about this meal was top notch, including the service. Loved it!More infoBasils DiningPrice: Expensive• Greek• Aurora•4.8
