- AAndyVIPChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHawksmoor is a wonderful addition to Chicago's dining scene! We first discovered Hawksmoor several years ago in London and quickly made it a tradition to have Christmas Eve dinner at their Seven Dials location before returning to the States from our annual holiday trip. This year, our travels brought us to London earlier than usual, so we were unable to continue our tradition there. However, since Hawksmoor Chicago opened, we’ve had the pleasure of dining here several times, and we were thrilled to continue our Hawksmoor tradition—not in London, but in Chicago—tonight! Everything about Hawksmoor Chicago is wonderful—the food, ambiance, and service are all exceptional. The portion sizes are just right, and the quality of the steak and all ingredients shines through in every dish. In a city brimming with steakhouses, Hawksmoor stands out for being unpretentious, fun, and consistently delivering a perfect night out. We’re so excited to have this piece of London here in Chicago, and we’ll definitely be back soon!More infoHawksmoor ChicagoPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• River North (Chicago)•4.5

Joe’s is a great holiday treat, but it’s a perfect place any time of year. Excellent Crab Legs, then Steaks and Brussels and Lyonnaise potatoes. Dry Aged Ribeye was magical! Fabulous dinner as usual.More infoJoe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone CrabPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• River North (Chicago)•4.9

- FfranciafChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024This is my favorite Korean bbq place to go to in Chicago. The quality of meat is superb and delicious. The service is so nice, friendly, and courteous. It’s nice that they help us cook the meat since we have to also tend to our crazy toddler. I love that they have small plates and utensils for kids. The only thing I hope they improve is the amount of condiments. They are a little stingy on these. They should refill these right away. Most Korean bbq places do this automatically and without having to ask. Overall, the place is fantastic and their ventilation system is phenomenal. Will go back again.More infoDaebak Korean BBQ - Wicker ParkPrice: Expensive• Korean• Belmont Central / Cragin•4.7
