- NNatalieJacksonville / Northeast Florida •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoServers at the restaurant were great. So were the hostesses inside. Food and tea were delicious as always. The gal checking reservations at the entrance to the hotel to admit guests inside could use a refresher in customer service. How about welcome guests warmly with a smile? Say hello or good morning? Make eye contact? Literally anything other than the cold front she put on. Maybe she hates her job? For paying $500+ for tea time lunch you shouldn’t act like we’re inconveniencing you. She also didn’t offer the lift for my stroller and just watched us struggle carrying it up the stairs and no one grabbed the door to help. They stand on the stairs looking down on people trying to come inside like they’re better than everyone else. That part is odd.More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4

We were greeted at the entrance by a super friendly and efficient host and hostess. Some of our party had the turkey which was better than mine for sure! . The rest of us had sole which was delicious! And the best Cesar salad in NYC. The wines were amazing and good value - recommended by their Sommelier Roosevelt. Gregory the bartender kicked the night off with brilliant cocktails and a nice pour of champagne! All in all a wonderful Thanksgiving feast. All in all well run, friendly service and delicious food.More infoBad RomanPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.5

Great for date night and looking forward to a girls night here for the class again! I recommend the last class of the night, because otherwise you are listening to the class after you while you try to eat. Wouldn’t be awful but just a heads up! We loved Anthony’s humor and the sangria was fantastic in the bottomless drink package. Book it, and enjoy!More infoAunt Jake's Pasta ExperiencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• Upper East Side•4.9

The hostess made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the attentive service continued throughout the evening. I spoke with the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for our gathering. I highly recommend Carmine's on 44th for its fantastic food and outstanding service!More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6
