Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Starlight, IN

We had a wonderful experience at Bourbon’s last night, one of our go to places for a great meal. Everything from the cocktails, to the apps, dinner and desert were all excellent! Our server was also fantastic, just wish I could remember her name! Highly recommend this gem of a place that I hope will be around for many years to come!

An amazing experience indeed! Service was fantastic as the waitress provided the history of the restaurant and had suggestions for cocktails, appetizers and the main course. My husband had the 14 inch ribeye and I had the flight which included choice, prime, and wagyu cuts. Sides were crispy loaded baked potato and collard greens. It was the quickest open kitchen I have ever seen. We made sure to tell the manager on duty how much we enjoyed the experience. We will be going back for our Anniversary in May!

From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was cooked to perfection and left us wanting more. To top off the night, we indulged in the Jordan Shoe Chocolate cake, which was a showstopper! Not only was it visually impressive, but its rich chocolate flavor made it the perfect sweet ending to our celebration. My food was absolutely terrific. I was dining with my spouse and my mother-in-law. I had the filet (it was cooked exactly how I wanted), scallops, asparagus, and butter infused risotto. They gave a rose to my mother-in-law, and it made her night. Honest to God, it was the best food I've eaten this year. I loved it. Thank you for making our Valentines a great experience. We'll be back for sure.
