Stacy, our waitress, was very friendly and helped us with decisions on our entrees as a party of 6. Enjoyed the beet salad, and tuna Tartar for appetizers. Steaks (filet mignon, bone-in filets were fantastic as were the scallops/rice entree. Coconut cream cake with caramel dessert was a tasty finish. We do not usually go to restaurants during holidays. As usualy, very busy and bad service. Firebirds was a full-house and I lowered my expectations. We were seated at our 6:30pm reservation and a server was promptly at our table taking our drink orders with a smile on her face 😀 All four of us ordered the 3 courses for $39.95. We were very satisfied with the portions and taste! We had a wonderful family dinner and will definitely go there again.
