Dining at Morimoto Asia was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I entered, the elegant ambiance and stunning decor set the stage for an exceptional evening. The menu is a brilliant fusion of traditional Asian flavors with a modern twist. The service was impeccable. Our waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly enhanced our dining experience with his excellent recommendations and warm hospitality. A forever favorite spot. Anytime in Disney Springs, this is our go to (even making reservations well in advance). Grateful for another lovely experience with excellent service and incredible food - shrimp, salad, mac-n-cheese (adult and child versions), steak, roasted chicken, and cocktails! Yum!

First time diner at this restaurant. . The menu was creative and varied, with lots of choices. We had the salmon and grouper-delicious and prepared perfectly. Generous portions. Sides were good choices and plentiful. The restaurant was busy, but our service was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Prices are more than fair. I don't get into this area very often, but when I do, I am coming back!

Our starter of Harvest corn soup was delicious; the creamed soup was topped with corn relish and a few kernels of popcorn, which added a very different twist to the overall taste. We had scallops with pork belly and zaatar coated cobia, both of which were cooked to perfection. Dessert consisted of chocolate mousse, which was a “dry” version of mousse and a glass of house made limoncello, which unfortunately tasted more like lemon flavored water. We could have done without the mousse or the limoncello. The noise level was high in large part due to a family with children having dinner. The service was excellent! We would definitely return.
