Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Lake Hopatcong

Very cozy and pleasant environment. Good diverse menu that can satisfy many palettes -- sort of a continental/french/italian fusion restaurant. Would please a foodie. Excellent service and wine advice and a fun playlist for an enjoyable evening. Seafood and steak specials were excellent, as were scallops, meatball sliders (though they tasted like a sausage/meatball hybrid), and chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. Will definitely go back. Not a full bar but a beer/wine menu.

I’ve been visiting Becco for ~15 years when in Manhattan. The experiences have been consistently excellent. This year’s thanksgiving dinner was wonderful. Great wine, antipasto, three tasty pastas, braised short ribs that melted in my mouth, and a dessert sampler tray. I’ve never been offered cocoa pasta stuffed with squash. It was creamy and without a hint of chocolate—despite the ingredients. Another fun Becco experience. Thanks Lydia and staff!

LOVE! One of the best meals I have had in NYC ever. They took great attention to detail in the service and the food. I have a nut allergy and I was happy to hear that they had a system in place to eliminate cross contamination and I felt safe eating. Plus everything we ate was delicious. The cauliflower appetizer, king pao chicken and the short rib were my favorites. But everything we ate was delicious

We will definitely return to the Tap House 15. We had the seafood risotto, braised short ribs, and strip steak. The portions were good and food was amazing. . Service was top notch as well. Not one complaint.

They were able to fulfill request for patio dining. Very good food and fast service
