We dined a I Ricchi on Christmas Eve. The promise of a lovely l and festive ambience, outstanding food, and impeccable service was delivered. Unfortunately, we were originally placed at a small wobbly table in a tight corner, too cozy with the folks at the table behind us and a plant touching the back of my head. Upon our request we were immediately moved to a more comfortable spot. Expensive, but definitely worth it for an evening of fine dining.

I ordered a salad with grilled salmon. The salad came without the salmon; two people came over to apologize and to tell me they comped the salmon. I was floored. This place exceeded my expectations in food and service. Wow. Can't recommend highly enough.

There was a private event that required we be seated in a private dining room that was cozy and comfortable. Despite this huge event happening, our service by Gustavo was incredibly attentive and timely. What a warm and wonderful human being! Chef Todd Gray always manages to hire the best staff out there. They are incredibly personable, knowledgeable and caring about their work. The food is always scrumptious and top notch. Equinox is our go-to plant-based restaurant for sure. It's always a celebration of food, love, ambience, and fabulous service. We adore it there.
