We also had the salmon with shrimp risotto and asparagus. We loved the salmon. Cooked so soft and moist and yummy. We liked the asparagus and shrimp. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the risotto. We didn't like the red sauce. We prefer a white creamy parmesan or creamy garlic. Otherwise everything was on point and so good. Wish we lived closer, as we would be regulars once a week. However, whenever we are back in the area, we will definitely eat at your establishment again!
