In fact our waiter told us as we were seated about the menu and said “don’t worry if you don’t see what you want and we have the ingredients, we will make whatever you want. Great wine list for Colorado as we are visiting from California and we were surprised to find most Denver restaurants are lacking in the wine category- not true for Venice. They have an extensive selection of over 500 wines. The owner Alessandro was there and what a gracious host. The entire staff made us feel like family.
