Isa is a small neighborhood bistro serving eclectic and seasonally driven menu. Reservations are available inside the dining room up to 30 days out, with a maximum of 8 guests. I will be thinking about that leche de tigre in the scallop ceviche for months. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully plated. Our only feedback was that we would have loved a little more explanation of each dish when it was served (but we also could’ve just asked for that). We are soooo happy we popped in for dinner. Thank you!

Had a wonderful dinner on Christmas Eve. The waiter was very attentive, the food delicious, and a fire in the fireplace. This is our second time coming on Christmas Eve and we will be back again.

Evo is a stand out restaurant in Portland, and one of the best overall experiences I've had in a very long time. The service, the food and the atmosphere were all on point. I highly recommend adding this to your list of must visit restaurants in Portland if you are looking for an excellent experience!
