Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. It was our first time at the grounds of Alexandria for lunch at the Potting shed. The ambience was great, the shed is beautifully decorated, the wait staff was welcoming, friendly and gave good service. The dessert, cocktails and the classic dishes were all delicious 10/10 :)

Love this place , food including for allergies was amazing so delicious! Of course the coffee is fabulous and you can actually hear each other . The baristas and wait staff were knowledgeable kind and went above and beyond . Thanks for a beautiful experience . Definitely book !
