Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. Beautiful restaurant. Food is simply presented but insanely flavourful. Great ambience, friendly and knowledgable team. Restaurant's for me come down to "is it a nice place to sit?" and this is that in spades. <3

We visited during the Mothers Day buffet offer. Amazing value and great variety of foods to meet every family members taste buds. The staff were incredible, checking how we were gong, offering assistance and making sure everyone enjoyed themselves and the food. Food was topped up, hot and delicious AT ALL TIMES. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My Mother’s Day felt so special that we will do this again! Highly recommended buffet.
