Joe’s Stone Crab in Las Vegas is truly life-changing — if you’ve never had seafood before. The crab claws? Pure luxury, at prices that make you question your life choices. The ambiance? A time-travel experience back to 1995. But the real star? Our server, a true heartthrob with charm that could melt butter faster than any kitchen heat. Attentive, charismatic, and almost too good to be true — he made the overpriced crab claws feel like a worthy investment. Unforgettable!

Highly recommend the steak. We have three people but the steak for two is totally fine for us. The sizzling steak comes with two sides. One is New York steak and another one is tenderloin.

We celebrated my parents' 54th anniversary at Esther's, and it was an unforgettable evening! The food was outstanding, and our exceptional waiter, Ruben, made our special day truly memorable. We began with the Sourdough chef's selection of dips, and the capers and anchovies were a standout favorite. My daughters' appetizers, the mussels and Wagyu, were cooked to perfection. Our entrees were superb, but the fire-roasted Branzino fish was the true showstopper. The flavors and presentation were impeccable. Ruben's attentive and informative service added to the warm ambiance, making Esther's the perfect choice for our milestone celebration. We can't wait to return! First time for breakfast after coming many, many times for dinner. Our party ordered the crepe du jour, corned beef hash and the breakfast sandwich. Each was unique and delicious. The crepe was very large with seasonal berries. The sandwich had a “too die for” green goddess sauce. The corned bee hash was tender and tasty with Yukon golds (we opted for scrambled instead of poached eggs). Josh was very attentive without “interrupting”’our experience. He kept the drinks full and checked in as necessary. Highly recommend.
