- KKarenVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •41 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoStarting with the hostess, our server & everyone servicing our table they were absolutely kind, smiling, answered questions. But the real reason we went to Napkins was to try the food. Everything we ordered was delicious and spaced out so we could enjoy every bite without being rushed. We will definitely return to try more menu items!More infoNapkins Bar and GrillPrice: Expensive• American• Napa•4.8
- PPaulSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoTim, our very wonderful server, is clearly and seasoned, professional server. He and his staff knew when to be present and when to leave us alone. No rush felt. We ate in the outdoor 'tent' during a good rainstorm which was wonderful. Plenty of heaters, very warm and dry and the sound of rain over the sound of diners was perfect for the holidays. The food and drinks were outstanding and all the staff we engaged were professional, warm and friendly. We will definitely be back!More infoCole's Chop HousePrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Napa•4.8

- PPaulVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •204 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024Our 2nd time to dine here. The service and food reflect on the consistent Michelin ratings ( 7 years ) Our specialist Martin was at the top of his game Truly helpful explaining the fine details of each serving Chef Yamamoto did not disappoint. Enjoyed the Wagyu and the Duck on top of the dumpling. The Sea Breem had an amazing ponzu gel Only complaint is the year 2020 vintage of Rindo should not be served since that’s a horrible year for wine because of the Napa fires. Still good but it clouded my judgement on the wine because of the suspect issues of the fires to the vines Never the less we had an epic dinner Arigato🙏🏼🇯🇵More infoKenzo NapaPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Napa•4.8
