To say we loved it feels like an understatement. I had asked to be seated in a quieter section and they happily accommodated. The ambience was perfection: jazz and dim lighting…music wasn’t too loud. Our server Zach, gave us great menu recommendations. We ordered the French onion soup to share as our appetizer and it was incredible. We got the chicken dish and braised beef…absolutely phenomenal. For dessert, we had a hard time deciding between the chocolate mousse and the cream puffs. The kitchen gifted us the cream puffs (absolute angels). Also, the espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had. Overall, 11/10 experience. I’ll be dreaming of the desert for a while. Thank you to the kind hostess and server and staff who all made us feel so special and taken care of!More infoBrasserie by NichePrice: Moderate• French• St. Louis•4.8
- DDarylSt. Louis •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe dined at Oceano Bistro on Valentine's Day evening. Though we had reservations, we had to wait about 15 minutes for our table, which wasn't a problem at all considering the occasion and the large number of people who were there. The service was great and met our every need and request. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. The wine selection is extensive and one doesn't have to pay a hefty price for a bottle. Oceano Bistro is one of our favorites and well worth the experience.More infoOceano Bistro - ClaytonPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Clayton•4.7
- SSaraSt. Louis •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGood service, pretty views, fast food (but not too fast) and delicious. We got the classic beef Wellington, veal chop, potatoes, the ribs as an appetizer, and a special dessert they had for Valentine’s Day. It was quiet but not so quiet you could hear a pen drop like some nicer restaurant; which we enjoyed. Also enjoyed having the parking lot or valet option, either way easy to access for a nice restaurant in the city.More infoRamsay's KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• St. Louis•4.5
