We are a small, family run restaurant since 2002 specialising in carefully sourced Aberdeen Angus beef from Scottish small highland farms, cooked simply but with flair and attention to detail.Our emphasis is on high quality local ingredients and fresh produce from the best of local suppliers. Beef is selected, prepared and hung for us by Award wining "John Gilmour" of Macmerry master butchers since 1946. Fresh fish are delivered daily by Calum Sinclair and J.K Thompsons. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Was a wee bit dissapointed that the Christmas menu had disappeared. In saying that the choices were lovely. We brought our two friends for lunch instead of buying them gifts. The service was excellent. We will get back again.

There is an option for tapas style or main meal. The front of house took time to expain the menu and how it worked and we were made to feel very welcome throughout. I liked that the options were clearly marked as to suitable for gluten free , vegetarian and vegan diets. We had a table near the window so had an excellent view over the shore and the water. The choices were original and flavors were excellently balanced. We would have no hesitation recommending
