We unfortunately kept experiencing delays beyond our control and had to move our booking no less than 3 times within the hour and they were so, so gracious about it. Our server, Norm, was fantastic, and gave us excellent recommendations! The food was perfection-favorites were the calamari, lobster bisque, sablefish, arctic char, and mussels (basically everything we ordered; and the pavlova (my own baking specialty) and carrot cake were perfectly delectable! I will need to come by every time I visit (I’m from California). Make sure you make reservations as they get busy!More infoJoe Fortes Seafood & Chop HousePrice: Expensive• Seafood• West End•4.6

I left a note in the reservation about the birthday and they greeted him with a happy birthday at the door and a dessert at the end of our meal which was very thoughtful! Amazing service! Our server was very helpful in ensuring we had a well rounded dinner, and was fun to chat to as-well! Not to mention the food was unreal! I had been to OddFish once before and had an amazing meal as well, but, last night was next level. Couldn’t pick a favourite! Already excited to go back :)More infoOddfish RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Kitsilano•4.9

- MMarlisseVancouver / British Columbia •5 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 22, 2024The food and service is great. My husband and I shared the chicken parmigiana and pasta with spicy vodka tomato sauce, really great. This is the second time I’ve had the chicken parmigiana, definitely a share dish. Also had a happy hour transfusion (vodka, grape juice, ginger) so yummy!More infoDovetailPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Yaletown•4.8
