Alex is an amazing server. He really took care of us. He made aolid suggestions and was timely and professional. This is our third time here, and the food was exceptional as usual. The halibut is amazing. Cooked perfectly! The seafood soup was flavorful! And I cannot say enough about the lobster risotto with scallops!!! On New Years Eve, we had the sea bass experience, and it was an experience. We also had the seafood salad and ceviche. OMG!!! Everything was awesome! Sea Grill is the perfect date night spot. Top notch experience!

Food was delicious, service impeccable, & drink were hitting!! We always enjoy ourselves at Eddie V’s. Perfect for our Valentine’s Day weekend plans.

Lively atmosphere a little hard to hear the server explain the menu, however, the service did not delay. Bartender went above and beyond walked around the bar to hand us our drinks as to not reach over the people were sitting in front of us. Everything we ate was amazing. Definitely will be returning!

I recently dined at STIR Charlotte, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Our server, Noelle, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and made our evening even more enjoyable. We went on Valentine’s Day! The ambiance was trendy yet casual. We kicked off our meal with the Oysters Rockefeller, which were a perfect blend of flavors and a delightful start. For my main course, I chose the Halibut Piccata, and it was simply divine! The white wine, butter, capers, and farro paired beautifully with the roasted vegetables. My hubby ordered the Filet & House Goat Cheese Ravioli, and he couldn’t stop raving about the tender filet and the delicious pecan pesto. To top it all off, we enjoyed some amazing cocktails. My husband loved the Stir Old Fashioned and Whiskey Bramble, while I savored the Slack-Jawed Jezebel and Elderflower Sour—both were outstanding! Everything was exceptional—food, service, and cocktails. I wholeheartedly give STIR Charlotte a 5 out of 5! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

We arrived a little early to have a cocktail at the bar. Service was classy! We seated on time and enjoyed appertizers to share. We were not rushed. We did order main meals and a couple sides (beets and Brussels). The main meals were fantastic, however the sides never came. The waitress was lovely and kept our drinks full. Food and atmosphere was great. We’ll be back again.
