Best Seasonal Restaurants in Southeast Dallas

Our experience was hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. Just newly moved to Texas, everyone truly showed out. The food was phenomenal, service was exceptional and the ambience was romantic and incredibly professional. Thank you to all, making our anniversary truly special. 1000/10 recommend :)

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. Tabitha was a great waitress, and the customer service was awesome. She checked on us thru out our meal to ensure everything was fine. The table was decorated with roses. We had ribeye, filet, loaded mashed potatoes, asparagus, a bottle of wine and dessert. Perry's always deliver!

It’s always been good night out here at Tei-an, all the food here is so phenomenal. If you understand the culture, you understand the value Tei-an has offered, especially here in Dallas

A very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in the first floor dining room. We ate here before going to a play. The food was great, we loved the appetizers. The potstickers were exceptional as was the crab cake. We also enjoyed the coffee. May be the best we have had at restaurant in Dallas. The service was attentive but not rushed. We visited the rooftop where it was louder and bit more festive. It was the best of both worlds! Quiet and relaxing for a date downstairs and great upstairs for drinks with friends. The menu is served in both places with a Happy Hour menu upstairs. We will be back.

Our server Anna was amazing! Very attentive and we didn’t have to ask for anything. She’s the best! Ramona makes the best drinks! She’s very friendly and welcoming every time! Overall the food is always amazing and the service was s always top tier. 10/10 5⭐️
