Since 1995, we have been proudly serving the locals, students and visitors to Chapel Hill. A lot has changed in both our town and the craft beer industry since we opened our doors as the culmination of a business school plan I wrote my senior year at UNC. Today, we celebrate our North Carolina roots with a made-from-scratch menu focused on Carolina foods in a newly renovated building.     Service was knowledgeable and attentive--she knew the menu well, including the spice levels of the different dishes. The ambiance was calm and quiet, it was easy to hear conversation and just a peaceful, simple, classy setting. I feel silly raving about a cauliflower appetizer, but it was a delight! Perfect seasoning and flavor. I would have eaten three of them as my dinner. I had the chow fun noodles, which was again perfectly seasoned with a lovely rich chili oil. My partner had the mixed grill and it was also delicious. Lizzy took great care of us. We never felt rushed and she was happy to make recommendations. This was out first time at Elements and we will be back.

    Wonderful food and service. It’s a bit noisy, but still a nice atmosphere. Food from several traditions were offered - we ended up with Mexican, Thai, and Italian dishes. All great. Nice wine list, as well. Highly recommended.
