Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. We encourage walk ins and do not open all tables to reservations.Parking for Longhi's Kaanapali is free of charge in the Marriott Maui Ocean Club's Lahaina Parking Garage. The Garage is located on the south end of the Marriott, near the Hyatt. Make a right turn into the garage and drive to the gate, it will open. Park and take the elevator to ground level. Longhi's is to your right just over a small bridge. Longhi's has been family owned and operated for over Forty Seven years in Hawaii. Longhi's has two locations, each offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Longhi's offers an ala carte menu, featuring Italian cuisine, withspeciality products including organic meats, fresh Hawaiian seafood and produce.     Exceptional! Dined here on Christmas day and it did not disappoint. Everything was terrific, from our server, Jasmine, to the fantastic ambiance and the extraordinary food! The menu offered the holiday prix fixe experience with four courses. All courses were fantastic. My main entree was the Seared Diver Sea Scallops & Pacific Shrimp, which was delicious. My husband had the Moroccan-Spiced Hawaiian Snapper and Clams- another winner, and my son had the Prime Tenderloin. The preparation of the food is fresh, simple, and incredibly tasty. The experience was a splurge, but when in Hawaii for Christmas it’s worth it!

    Wonderful meal for a larger group - there were 12 of us and the ‘group pre fix’ meal was a great hit with everyone. Served family style we enjoyed 4 different antipastos, 4 different salads, and 4 different pasta courses. As the staff said, no one left hungry! There was a nice variety in each course and plenty of food! We ended up 4 shared desserts. Everyone loved being able to taste so many different dishes and talk about our favorites. Very memorable and great fun for a large family meal. The location is nice - plenty of easy parking, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming.
