I absolutely love the concept of America tapas so many great options to choose from some things seem a bit overpriced like getting four wings for $10 which I opted out of. however the food I did order was amazing and delicious. Very comfortable seating area with live music, and friendly staff. The food comes out very quickly. I ordered the ribs tapas and they did come out cold as if they were in the fridge and they had barbecue sauce on them let my waitress know and they brought out a new plate. That was hot and delicious.The alcoholic beverages are made very strong so that is a plus. There is a reason that the chef has Michelin stars and there is no doubt they are coming for MAASS as well. Our host Nathan was awesome. If you get him talking music, you get a show with dinner. He was great giving us a great education on what we were eating while allowing us to enjoy the expereince. Highly recommend doing their wine pairings with the dinner.
