Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine.     I booked for some friends of mine I knew would be as excited about the ambiance & architecture as I was & Stellar Jay did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal for city atmosphere & I can’t wait to return in the spring for warm weather patio vibes. I wished they had an outdoor fire pit, that’s something I would have loved as an addition. The menu was unique & the food delicious. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly & offered great recommendations. I loved watching the chiefs prepare the food openly & the roasted fire aroma was intoxicating. Really enjoyed this visit!

    We were given a great table with a view of the whole restaurant, decorated beautifully with great lighting and music. Couldn’t have been a better Christmas Eve experience. Super service and very friendly. I should have known better to not order fish in Colorado, but it was grilled beautifully with an excellent sauce; just tasted as if it had been frozen quite a while. I’d definitely go back and order pasta.
