Lovely ambience and outstanding service and food 

This was my first holiday dining out since I lost my mother who was my every holiday expert cook and host. At Sullivan’s Steakhouse, I received outstanding service, and I had an excellent dining experience. My server Maurice was thorough and provided me and my guest with a superior level of personalized service. The food was prepared as requested, seasoned well and five stars delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was at a good holiday celebration noise level. And the few children I observed as present were well mannered and dressed nicely for the occasion. The manager Michael Pons Jr. was hands-on and very attentive to his restaurant guests. He made me feel like a valued customer. I left Sullivan’s Steakhouse feeling fantastic, so much so, that before turning in that night I made reservations for New Year’s Eve dining.

Food and drinks never disappoint. Got 2 rounds of the the 1975 which is a sweet cotton candy drink. The winter menu was delicious, even better than last year! We’ve made the melting pot our go to spot for special occasions. Our server was amazing; very chill guy, attentive and funny. Everyone was dressed up for the holidays and it was so cute! We stumbled on the Thanksgiving buffet at Fern & Fable in 2023. We couldn’t wait to return this year. We love the food, and the picky kids in the family love it, too. The service is great and everyone is personable. This year we had a last minute need for two children and 1 adult who had nowhere to go for a holiday dinner. I sent an email to the email address listed and received a response right away from the event coordinator, Dawn, saying it was “no problem” to add them to my reservation. That made my whole day and was greatly appreciated! Great place, great food, wonderful management!
