Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Whistler Village

Service was friendly— really welcoming as we came in from a day of traveling. Good was phenomenal! From the first appetizer bites to the last morsel of cheesecake, everything we ordered was delicious. I was hesitant about my son ordering the bison carpaccio, but when it came out, it was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. Both my sons and I really enjoyed the chef’s unique take on the dish. The venison rack was also a big hit for my boys and me… premium steak quality venison prepared in a manner appropriate for the relatively unique meat. We were hoping for just a pleasant meal at the end of a long journey. The Brickworks kitchen and serving staff well surpassed our expectations.

A must do if you are at or near Whistler! Creative and wonderfully fresh seafood with presentations to match; great appetizers and fun desserts; and fabulous service both from our server and the sommelier, both of whom helped us choose from the menus. Very much appreciated that the sommelier stayed in the range we asked, listened to our preferences and brought two bottles to the table to discuss with us and did not attempt to upsell us. We wound up with a wonderful wine that beautifully complimented our meal. And, the design and decor of the dining room itself also adds to the elevated dining experience. We had the full feast meal this evening and it did not disappoint!!! Wow, the chicken and fish were definitely a highlight. As well as the pasta feature for the evening. Wouldn’t skip this dinner, very satisfying portions for the price of the family style experience!! Would highly recommend this dinner for a group of friends or family.

We had the best time! It was great to experience so many different restaurants in a few hours while meeting new people and playing fun trivia games as well! Our guide was hilarious and very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend and also get the wine pairing!
