Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Downtown / LoDo

We enjoyed the Valentine menu with the wine pairing. It was so nice because everything was delicious and I especially loved the rose’ wine we started with. The burrata was amazing! Every single dish was delicious and just the right size. The service was excellent.

The French onion soup dumplings are to die for. Our entrée was simply just okay. Small bites and appetizers are the way to go.

My fiance and I found our expericene to be absolutely amazing. It wasn't till our host was leading us to our table that our excitement gradually increased. Walking down the candle lit steps, and then stepping into a room where it felt we both have entered into a new world. The ambience with the dim lighting, and the rustic feel of the room was very romantic (fitting for our anniversary!). This will be a silly comparison, but when we finally got a taste of our main plate, the braised bone-in Colorado short rib, I felt like a scene from Ratatouille. Each bite carried feelings and mellow colors to my mind that I haven't experienced before. Physically I was present in the restaurant, but mentally I was somewhere else. I didn't realize this part either, but subconscious I was even chewing slowly just to savor each flavor. We've only been to one other high-end restaurant, Nocturne, so our expectations were high, but I must say, we were completely satisfied and joyes as we left the restaurant. Thank you all for the unique experience.
