Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in Des Plaines

The food was outstanding and reflected a desire to serve food plated elegantly and appropriate to the style of cuisine. I can definitely recommend the restaurant based on the dinner we enjoyed. However . . . There are two other elements at Yoko that were lacking in comparison to the high quality of the food served. Servers evidently need to be trained better about how to accurately take an order on their handheld device. Our server can back to our table to confirm items we ordered TWICE. The other issue that needs to be corrected is that my entree was served to me at least 5 minutes prior to those ordered by the other 3 people at our table. Any party of two or more should receive their meals at the same time. I've got to believe that these service issues can be corrected with better planning and proper training. They should not negatively impact your decision to try Yoko. The food was excellent and with improved service, it is a place to return to.

As always food, service, quality and value were outstanding. House 406 never disappoints. We love it there.

Wonderful to see this restaurant back. Excellent pasta — not overcooked — and attentive service. Very pleasant overall experience.
