Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Oakland

Rails is normally an outstanding experience, as we have dined there numerous times before. We were there for Thanksgiving night and expected the same stellar experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our food was delivered very late, cold and the steak overcooked. However, I am still a huge fan, as the management did everything to make this right. Don’t know what the issue was, but we were treated as valued guests and the concern for our experience was real. We were well compensated for the less than excellent experience, so I will continue to give them the highest recommendation, as they really care about their customers and want to ensure a 5 star experience. This restaurant really is one of my favorites. The food and presentation is impeccable. The entire staff is spot on.

Biagio‘s did it again! Great food, great atmosphere and super service. Seasonal drink specials really hit the spot! 

Noice level very good, not bad . Different rooms and they will accommodate. Was very impressed!
