Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Exton

Friends and I went to the Pajama Brunch on New Years Day at the White Dog Cafe in Chester Springs. This is the first that I have been to this new White Dog. It is wonderful. It has tons of character and many small rooms. They have retained the country charm of the old home. The food is always excellent. My two friends had the specials, which were yummy. The waffles with fruit compote and syrup with a taste of coffee were delicious. I recommend White Dog for a terrific dining experience.

Outstanding service. Our server, Ina, was exceptional. Her knowledge of menu items and wine pairings was extremely helpful in deciding what to order. Her friendly personality and demeanor made our visit a most enjoyable experience.

My wife and I go here every Christmas. Duling Kurtz never disappoints. The food, the service, and the atmosphere is outstanding. We never felt like we were being rushed. On average, we are there between two and three hours. If I were to use a single word to describe Duling Kurtz, it would be perfection!

We stumbled on the Thanksgiving buffet at Fern & Fable in 2023. We couldn’t wait to return this year. We love the food, and the picky kids in the family love it, too. The service is great and everyone is personable. This year we had a last minute need for two children and 1 adult who had nowhere to go for a holiday dinner. I sent an email to the email address listed and received a response right away from the event coordinator, Dawn, saying it was “no problem” to add them to my reservation. That made my whole day and was greatly appreciated! Great place, great food, wonderful management!
