Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Red Rock Casino

Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. This was our second time visiting and it did not disappoint. The Cacio e Pepe is divine and the real deal. The staff is always mindful and very friendly. Can’t wait to return!

My server Ike was amazing, and very attentive to me which was great because a person dining alone usually gets a lacker service. I've dined here on a couple occasions and normally get the Ribeye(5/5) but decided I wanted to try a couple things at the price of ordering a steak. The Crab artichoke dip was amazing, though a little cold, and for my main course I ordered Salmon(Med) but it came out more too well, and bland lacking any season, and it was like warm as well. The Old Fashioned was the best part of my meal needless to say. I'll return in March as I visit Vegas twice a year and will return, just know to stick to what's known- steak.

We celebrated Christmas Day dinner. I had the perfectly prepared prime rib. My friend had halibut. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. The Brussels sprouts were seasoned with bacon and maybe maple syrup—delicious. We took a “doggy bag” home along with dessert. Our Waiter was Roger. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions about the menu. He was very personable and made our experience very enjoyable and memorable. Extensive wine and alcohol list. We sat at in a booth on the Bar area, that is why I gave lower marks for sound level. The venue itself is elegantly decorated. We will be be back!
