Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Columbia Heights / Brightwood

We have been going to this restaurant for years and it never disappoints us. The pita was hot and fresh, we love the zatar and olive oil dip. The camel wings were hot and delicious the salads crisp and not over dressed. The lentil soup is flavorful and filling. One of my kids enjoyed the chicken curry and the other the tabouleh salad and taverna salad with chicken, my husbands lamb kabob was cooked just right. There were no leftovers! The service was attentive and not intrusive . We will continue to enjoy meals there for as long as they remain in woodley park

Great location for a special occasion or even just a regular meal. Service was outstanding and the food exceeding expectations. The Cauliflower steak is absolutely amazing! The Crabcakes are outstanding as well. The location is ideal. We booked our group as two separate parties - teens at one table and adults at the other. When the hostess realized this, she asked if we would like to be seated near each other and then made it happen. This was greatly appreciated!

I had another wonderful meal at Clyde’s. I do not live in the area. Whenever I visit, Clyde’s is a must!

As someone who had never tried Turkish food before, my mom was pleasantly surprised by the variety and authenticity of the dishes. From savory appetizers to tender kebabs, each course was a delight. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special holiday meal. The service was attentive, and overall, it was a fantastic introduction to Turkish cuisine.
