Excellent Sunday lunch Good variety on menu We all had traditional roasts which were delicious The deserts were spectacular

A most perfect experience. The team at the old deanery strike a really great balance between efficiency, professionalism with a good dose of warmth and can do. The afternoon tea consists beautifully fresh finger sandwiches (we asked for a few more and these were given with pleasure) and a small savoury tartlet, delicious with prawn and dill. Now…. The scones well they are just about the most epic scones, we are still talking about them! Short and crisp top and crumbly unctuous.. even a small shot glass of chocolate ganache which sadly couldn’t be finished due to our expanded waists! Teas, coffee & the most exquisite English sparkling wine were the ideal pairing to this feast. You simply MUST try it ! Thankyou to the whole team

Our second time eating here, first time was very busy and lively atmosphere, second time very quiet (Tuesday pm) but did not stop us enjoying the food which was very nice. Service very good

The Silva Bells has become our favourite place to eat when we visit Ripon, the food is always amazing as is the service & best of all they are dog friendly so our pet Bert can come too. Try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed
