- CClaireSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoFood was amazing, wont find a better place in Wrexham. However service was very slow, we were seated 15 mins late and then left at our table for another 15 mins with no server coming to take our order or offer drinks. Until I asked a member of staff what was going on no one took any notice of us. Once our order was taken everything came out in good time and they did give us free drinks to make up for the issues which we appreciated. I think with some more staff and teething issues ironed out it will be outstanding.More infoNouveau Restaurant and BarPrice: Expensive• British• Wrexham•4.4
- DdyfrigNewcastle and Northumberland •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food was excellent and the wine pairings faultless. The staff were attentive and efficient and were very good at dealing with a bullying and difficult customer at an adjoining table. Easily the best meal i have had in Wrexham for a long time.More infoIal RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Contemporary British• Wrexham•4.7
- DDaveCheshire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe White Horse was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival after a lovely short rural drive from Chester there was ample parking at front and back. We entered the premises which had a charming bar with 2 roaring log fires and a very friendly, beaming smile and greeting. We had pre booked and were shown to our table in the dining area to the rear. Lovely decor and a beautiful open, light and airy space at the back. We had a wide choice of meals and drinks and opted to go from the sharing Valentines menu. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly, attentive and professional and my partner even commented on the lovely feeling she was getting from staff and other customers. We had a Charcuterie board starter and chateaubriand main. All of the food was quickly served and cooked to perfection. We passed on dessert as the portions were plentiful. The price was very reasonable for what we got and we can't wait to go again.More infoThe White Horse ChurtonPrice: Expensive• British• Churton•4.8

- LLauraLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 4, 2025Really beautiful pub renovated to a sensitive but modern standard, cosy and tasteful interior. Friendly helpful staff, great and well priced menu, fab for families (I visited with my 8 year old). Worth travelling for and we will visit again. Met the high standard we expected from regularly visiting the market halls also operated by this group.More infoThe Nags HeadPrice: Expensive• Pub• Beeston•4.5
