- KKevinVIPWashington, D.C. Area •47 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was a nice quiet atmosphere for a lunch with friends. I’ve had many pleasant experiences at La Tomate and this was no exception. One suggestion is to give diners more time to review the menu before ordering. Overall, though, a very nice meal and surroundings. I need to remember that this oasis is right in my neighborhood and I should go more often.More infoLa TomatePrice: Expensive• Italian• Dupont Circle•4.8
- KKimVIPNew York City •18 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had breakfast at the Tabard Inn because it looked like a unique hotel that I wanted to check out, and it was within walking distance from where I was staying. The hotel was charming and unique in its eclectic furnishings. The dining room was quiet. The breakfast was almost half what I paid at the Jefferson Hotel the day before and twice as good. I had eggs over easy. I asked for my bacon well done. It was cooked to perfection and one of the best orders of bacon I ever had. The biscuit and hash browns, which were more like roasted potatoes, were delicious. The service was attentive but not overbearing. I would return the next time I'm in DC.More infoTabard InnPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Dupont Circle•4.7
- SSarahWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 12, 2024Korean fried chicken and perogie appetizers were delicious. Everyone tried something different for entrees and we all enjoyed our meals and exclaimed how good everyone else’s dishes looked. The crème brûlée apple cheesecake was great and the red wine I had was a heavy pour. Not crowded on a Thursday night and our server was really nice. One of the nicest, chillest meals I’ve had in a while. Bravo!More infoFred & StillaPrice: Moderate• International• Dupont Circle•3.7
