The staff was super friendly and engaging. The restaurant itself was very clean and tables well spaced and views from most, including into the kitchen! Staff recommendations were spot on and while we never felt rushed, we were never waiting for anything; a drink, food or the bill. Super experience and would absolutely return.

Wow, where do I even begin? My family of 10 dined at Carmine’s tonight, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Our waitress, Maegan, was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed. She handled our large group with such grace and made us feel like VIPs. The manager, Tanisha, also went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure everything was perfect. Each dish was served family-style, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. And the desserts—oh my goodness! The tiramisu was perfection and the “Titanic” dessert was the perfect grand finale. It was a showstopper that left everyone at the table raving. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this dining experience. The food, the service, the ambiance—it was all top-notch. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate or just enjoy a fantastic meal with family or friends, Carmine’s is it. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m still in disbelief that somehow I secured a reservation from a random cancellation via OpenTable. I simply chose some dates that if I were able to get reservations, I could actually fly to Vegas 🎰 Tip: surprisingly, reservation cancellations do come up, but you have to have notifications set on OpenTable app because these are grabbed in a split second. I had 8:45pm reservations. I got there at 8pm but had to wait for my friend who lives in Vegas. They held my booth, and my request for Frank Sinatra’s old table. It was so cool, honestly, that if the food sucked, I was still okay with it. We decided to split an 8oz filet and then get their chicken artichoke dish to also split. We got a side of sherry-cream mushrooms, too. All was fantastic!! Actually better than fantastic. The steak seasoning was so good I bought tins to bring home to my daughter-in-laws. Started with escargot. My friend had never had the little snails. Only 6 come on the plate, so keep that in mind. Delicious, but only 6. Not rubbery, but cooked to a tender and flavorful creation. The filet was exceptional! Maybe the best I've ever had. Salted & seasoned to perfection and cooked precisely as ordered. Incredible! The chicken meal was creatively delicious. I don't know how they made this chicken so lite, juicy and tender, but they did! It came with deep-fried raviolis. I did not try them but my friend devoured the 6 or so on the plate. Overall, this exceeded all of my expectations! My friend took leftovers to her hubby. The ambiance was the charm of the “Olden Golden Days.” The exterior looks deceiving and that area seems a bit sketchy. We actually left around 11:30p. They had closed but still had many diners, so they don't rush you out. The service was top-notch, so thank you to our server James. And a huge merci beaucoup to the entire team. My 1/2 of the bill (including the two tins of seasoning at $16 each) was $120. (excluded tip). So worth every penny! Can't wait to return!

Both of us had the prix fix menu. Soup and dessert were both excellent. The Beef Wellington, however, soared into the sublime! That may be the finest piece of tenderloin I've ever eaten. They bring a steak knife, but I honestly think a toothless person could eat this steak. It practically melts in one's mouth. I don't use this too-common phrase lightly... it literally feels as though the steak portion just melts. The seasoning is superb and the presentation lovely. My companion had the wine pairings in addition to the food portion. The 1st 2 wines were very familiar to us and were perfect accompaniments to their courses. The dessert wine, a Portuguese tawny port we had never tasted, held its own against a sweet sticky pudding topped with ice cream. Needless-to-say, we highly recommend Gordon Ramsey's Pub and Grill. By the way, this menu is available on the Grill side of the restaurant. I don't know whether Pub has it.
