- OTOpenTable DinerSeattle / Eastern Washington •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is my favorite place in all of Portland. IT's just absolutely yummy. The vibe is Portland-clean. lol the roti with the squash is amazing; the mixed drinks are yummy. The waitstaff seem like they actually enjoy working there. Even though I think the portions are a little small, 10 outta 10.More infoOma's HideawayPrice: Expensive• Indonesian / Malaysian• Southeast Portland•4.7
- MMatthewPortland / Oregon •14 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis Italian restaurant translating to "Tortoise" served up tasty and hot food on a changing menu along with excellent Italian wines. We sat in one of the two fish bowl booths at the entrance to the restaurant, and it made the experience cozy for our party of four. The server and staff were courteous, knowledgable, and attentive. The Pork Osso Bucco, which featured a meaty and succulent shank nestled in a generous bed of saffron risotto, was perfect for a cold winter's evening meal. The Olive Oil Poached Sablefish delivered on the ocean fish's promised richness. The Bolognese, featuring Tartuca's homemade Radiatori pasta, was delectable. We also enjoyed the house Sangiovese, which was reasonably priced for a restaurant wine. This was our first visit to Tartuca, but certainly not the last.More infoTartucaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Northeast Portland•4.7

- JJeffVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •12 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a recent family celebration for 6 and the service and food were just great. Several of us had the mussels and chorizo, big favorites. Our waiter kindly brought us Caesar salads without radicchio, which none of us like, and was very accommodating and attentive with our large group. This is becoming our special go-to place for a nice dinner.More infoCabezon RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Northeast Portland•4.8
