Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. Our server, Kim V., was amazing and truly cared about our experience. She made my son's 11th birthday celebration extra special and attended to our every need and more. We felt her warmth, joy, and love for people and what she does. She truly lives the HRC mission, "Love All, Serve All," and I love that. It is unusual these days to find someone like Kim V., whether in the workplace or otherwise and she deserves a huge shout out. Keep up the good work, Kim, and thank you for making our day extra awesome! The food was yummy and we love the whole HRC experience.

Went to Capital for b-day and had the filet and south African lobster tail. Tail was cooked perfect and the filet while not the best I've had was in the top three best and cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service, over the top. Never wanting for anything and greeted me by my first name and best wishes. Servers, more than one, also called me by name which made the occasion special. Table decorated for the occasion with dessert complimentary and befitting a high-end steakhouse. Overall, a very pleasing experience.

The food was absolutely fantastic I loved the tapas style so you can try so many different things at one meal. Service was stellar as well we went with her recommendations in addition to our choices and were not disappointed. Great value as well. Highly recommend!

Loved this place. I’m vegan and they had at least four options and a starter that I could have. I had the citrus noodles with tofu. Delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cocktail well made.
