Best Restaurants for Groups in Newport

Ryan took good care of us! Much appreciated. A little noisy in our section, but mainly because of one loud couple. Would love to see a better selection of wine by the glass for such a nice restaurant. There wasn’t even one California Chardonnay to choose from. Thank you, Carolyn Loew

I recently dined at Grunauer and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. I started with the lobster bisque, which was rich, creamy, and full of deep seafood flavors. It had a smooth texture with just the right balance of seasoning. Next, I tried the sweet potato soup, which was a pleasant surprise—velvety, slightly sweet, and well-spiced, making it a comforting and flavorful choice. For the main course, I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked—moist on the inside with a beautifully crisp exterior. The seasoning complemented the natural flavor of the fish without overpowering it. The dish was well-plated and paired nicely with the sides. Overall, the service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. Grunauer truly delivers on quality and flavor, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet hearty dining experience in Kansas City. I’ll definitely be returning!

Absolutely love Prime Social the vibe there is unmatched and the food is always amazing. My favorite part are the portion sizes, they are actually normal instead of supersized so it’s easy to finish your food. The cocktails and drinks are always fun and the presentation is also 10/10.

High quality Japanese food in Puerto Rico. We tried the pork bao bun, chicken yakisoba, hamachi nigiri, and a sushi roll. All of it was fresh and tasty and was brought out in a timely manner. My only complaint is that they don’t open the doors until right at the reservation time (ours was at noon), so we were waiting for several minutes on the noisy street outside.

Setting is a truly grand space - magnificent ceiling, marble columns, historic murals - within the old National Bank. Tellers nevertheless feels relaxed and special at the same time. Menu is mostly Italian cuisine, but also featured a delicious (and reasonably priced!) filet mignon. Short rib rigatoni was also very tasty! Service from our waiter, Ben, was professional and friendly! A great choice in OKC!!
