Best Restaurants for Groups in Newrybar

Food was delicious, atmosphere was great Service was ok. I felt the wait staff could have been slightly more attentive... noticing that wine glass was empty and offering another - for instance. But overall, a lovely experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant from the speakeasy type entrance to the superb cocktails, excellent food and friendly service. The atmosphere is warm and mysterious. We enjoyed sharing the calamari as an appetizer followed by the pasta with pork/veal ragu sauce that is beyond description. As a main course we thankfully shared a delicious veal Milanese in bolognese which could have fed three. Best restaurant in Sydney by far.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere with excellent service and food. Our server, although only on her first day at Metz, knew the menu very well and made some excellent suggestions. All in all a very good experience.

This is a place I’ll go back to plenty of times. I’m South American and I loved the food. Also, the place is truly mega welcoming and the staff smile back at you. Awesome food without the pomp of other venues in town.
