Best Restaurants for Groups in Mission Beach

We expected a higher level of dining for the prices. The overall feel was a small step up from a casual burger place but at more than twice the price. Our server Audrey was incredibly friendly although overbusy. They did kindly seat us early (30 min before our reservation). Food was good (we ordered two kids’ meals, 2 harpoon combinations, 1 swordfish, and 1 lobster ravioli). Loved the calamari appetizer. Overall, it was fine but not outstanding.

Well what can I say...?! Bali Hai on New Year's Day has been a family tradition for 16 years! And it is AWESOME! Best brunch in San Diego and the best restaurant run by the best family! And the World's BEST Mai Tai's !

Went to celebrate girlfriend's Birthday and exceeded expectations. Food was delicious, atmosphere was prefect, sat outside with the heaters and was comfortable. Desiree was awesome! Took great care of us and treated us like family. Highly recommend for special occasions or date night.

Finally a FRESH SEAFOOD DOWN TO EARTH CLASSY Restaurant that provides the ultimate in freshness in every ingredient tasted this night. My wife and I frequent seafood restaurants all over the Pacific including Maui and other neighboring islands. Only one that came close is Merrimans' not Mama's. The Fishery is the Real Deal and Thanks to the wonderful mind and hard work of the Owner and its' hard workers and especially the Chef who have nailed this hard to please type of cuisine and preparation.... We had the most memorable and incefibke experience! Austin took brilliant and practiced care of us—his Dealer’s Choice drink, incoming an elote liqueur, was GOD TIER. Just an incredible experience. We can’t wait to return!
