Best Restaurants for Groups in Charing Cross

Food was really good and service was exceptional. Value was really good. The tacos were a bit on the small side but very tasty. Every other dish we had was great and good portion size.

Underground was a mess and almost defeated two (west) country bumpkins and looked like we were going to be even later than the 15 min grace period but after a phone call, the nice person moved our booking slightly so we could keep our table. Thank you for that whoever you were :)

I came to Mildred’s Covent Garden on the 14th Dec to celebrate my birthday (22nd) with my friend - it was her first ever visit, even though I’ve been dozens of times! I know I can always count on great service and delicious food at any branch of Mildred’s and today was no exception; my friend who is usually a fussy eater said how much she enjoyed it and we had a wonderful time. It was super busy because it’s nearly Christmas, but the team did a great job of keeping on top of everything and still delivering the fantastic Mildred’s service I’ve come to expect. There was a table besides us who complained and treated the staff unkindly but Kate and Iza did a wonderful job of keeping level heads and offering this customer lots of solutions to their concerns. When they realised it was a birthday meal for me, I was brought dessert with a candle in it - free of charge. I can’t praise this team highly enough and I’ll definitely visit again (next weekend in fact lol)

Quick dinner before theatre. Due to transport disruptions from storm weather, some of party were late, but staff very understanding and quick service meant we got to the theatre on time.

Great service, food and wine as always! I can’t wait to return.
