- LLaurenToronto / Ontario •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe did a tasting menu put together by the restaurant after we told them what we like and which dishes we were interested in. Wonderful service, and wow all the food was so good, we tried the tuna, fried squash, speck pizza, Brussels sprouts (those last two were our favourites!), the steak and the 100 layer lasagna was extra delicious!More infoLa PalmaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Little Portugal / Dundas West•4.6

- SShawnvipToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe were searching for a fun and interesting tasting menu, and Ficoa did not disappoint! We have experienced many in Toronto, and this is the first one where the chef's love and passion truly shone through. Each dish was presented by chef Gerry himself, or a member of his knowledgeable staff, who explained not only the components of each plate, but why each was meaningful to him. This translates into the atmosphere of the restaurant itself, which is warm, comfortable and inviting. Thank you chef Gerry and team for bringing us into your home.More infoFicoaPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Little Italy / College St.•5

- KKarenVancouver / British Columbia •14 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 13, 2024We arrived at Pearson Airport at 10:00 PM and had a 10:30 reservation for dinner. We felt extremely lucky to be able to find a restaurant willing to take a 10:30 reservation. We ordered our food and drinks quickly and our orders came quickly as well. We ate but did not feel rushed. I had the grilled octopus and truffle cassava frita. The octopus was pretty pricy at $33 but was very tasty and the sauce was phenomenal. The fried cassava was pretty dense and cut pretty thick. I would have preferred if the pieces were a bit smaller. They were a bit on the bland side but dipped in the sauce, they were quite tasty.More infoBaroPrice: Moderate• Latin American• King West•4.4
