Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall.     Friendly welcome at the door, taking care of our wet coats. Waitress (Izzy) was lovely, explaining the menu and looking after us really well the whole evening. Some disturbance from a nearby table, when 2 customers were taking videos with glaring phone lights, was quickly dealt with by the staff. Special presentation of dessert for my birthday, with a complimentary glass of port. A great evening. Thank you.

    We were fortunate enough to have Akhtar on service. Our overall experience was superb from the moment we entered Opheem. We have eaten at numerous Michelin starred restaurants throughout the country. Opheem is certainly as good as any. Front of house and serving staff are excellent and prepared to go the extra mile. Loved it! We’ll be back.
