It features a creatively prepared and presented Contemporary American menu with a Southern twist in the farm to table tradition. Fresh produce locally grown is hand selected and prepared by our Chef de Cuisine, whose entrees respect the natural flavors of high quality, humanely raised and locally harvested food. Glen-Ella Springs Inn Restaurant is open to the public and inn guests beginning at 5:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday April through December, and Wednesday through Saturday January through March. Amazing food and kind staff. We had a little bit of a wait even with our reservation because of another party that was sitting at their table for an hour after paying, so they gave us free drinks and appetizer and were super apologetic. Didn’t affect the experience negatively.

Except for valet (upon arrival, he just looked at us, zero greeting or communication...), our experience was excellent all around. Caviar service, veal mousse, carpaccio, gnocchi, lobster pasta, clam pasta, and halibut. Clam pasta was just okay. Everything else was perfect. Thank you, La Grotta.
