Best Restaurants for Groups in Hunt Valley

We were a group ranging in age from 28 to 93. Everybody left happy. I had the grilled octopus appetizer, which was outstanding -- as usual. Perfectly cooked and not at all rubbery. For my main course I ordered the scallops. It was a generous portion in a lemon butter preparation. Yum! Two people in our group ordered fish. One was orange roughy and the other was rockfish and both were very good. Everybody else had -- you guessed it -- crab cakes. The crab cakes were perfect, with just the right amount of filler (i.e. not much). Our servers were attentive without being cloying. Since it was a Wednesday night, all wine bottles were half price. We had a chenin blanc that was very good, especially since we paid only $15 for it.

My experience at Bluestone was fantastic and I will be returning. Excellent service, delicious food, beautiful layout, and convenient location with enough parking.

Sammie’s is a neighborhood gem & has become a meeting place for friends & family The food is excellent ( try the sausage & peppers appetizer ) & you will have more than enough to take home. Tiramisu is flavorful & tasty

We were warmly greeting as soon as we walked in the door for our 12:30 reservation and seated in a comfortable and roomy booth. Mark was our server today and he could not have been more accommodating to us, with a very genuine personality while making good recommendations from the menu. We had a great afternoon.

Lamb chops perfectly cooked (6 of them) crab * corn soup delishes as always. Just needs again some more crab meat. Used to be more generous. Crem brulee was served at room temp. Glad it wasn't cold. Overall very nice dinner.
