Best Restaurants for Groups in High Point

Amazing place! Staff was great food was excellent.

The Green Valley Grill is just wonderful! We stopped by on our way back to Durham after visiting the Christmas light show at Kersey Valley Farms. I had been wanting to take my husband there after eating lunch with friends on a Greensboro day trip. The food did not disappoint, and the cocktails were some of the best we've ever had. We enjoyed a selection of small plates, and the crab-spinach dip was especially good, with the lovely sharp cheese balancing the slightly sweet crab and fresh spinach. The only hitch is that it was VERY BUSY when we arrived, and we were seated in a remote corner of the bar instead of the main dining room, despite having reservations. No biggie, I've worked in the food industry, so I get it. Our server overlooked us for about 15 minutes, and we got pretty hungry. So, my husband spoke briefly to the GM about getting some food, and then they overwhelmed us with attention and gave us one of the small plates at no charge. This is how you turn customers into loyal patrons. We would drive to Greensboro just to have dinner here -- it's that good!

We had reservations at 11:30 on Friday. At noon restaurant was packed. We got served quickly, very nice, friendly waitress Marinna. I had the lunch menu tenderloin medallions & potato petals. 2 others husband and our friend had filet mignon & potato petals. Every thing was delicious. Service was perfect, glad we arrived before the huge crowds. Definitely will go back. This was our first time at the Chop House. Had to ask what potato petals were, fancy for French fries but cut into looking like petals. Nice presentation!!

The atmosphere, the staff and the food was exceptional.

My family of six stayed overnight at JH Adams Inn, and dined at Christina Grays, in celebration of my daughter’s graduation from college. The atmosphere was sublime, the attendance by staff, outstanding, and the food enjoyed by all. I can only hope for more life events to celebrate at Adams Inn and Cristina Grays.
