Best Restaurants for Groups in Groton

I visited The Fisherman for Thanksgiving dinner. There were 3 "Specials" for the Thanksgiving Dinner plus the regular menu was also available. I chose the Mediterranean Halibut with mashed Cauliflower and roasted heirloom carrots. The vegetables were very tasty. The crushed almond crusted Halibut was good, but a little overcooked. The location is awesome, right on the cove and the decor/ambiance is nice.

We had the fixed price Thanksgiving and it certainly did not disappoint. The service, food, and ambiance was top notch and we had a truly memorable holiday meal.

Staff went above & beyond. Our waiter was exceptionally solicitous . The meal was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Had never been to Dave Burke’s before but all 4 in my group state they will go to the restaurant again.

Overall great experience. Staff very friendly. Food overall was good. One in our party got the half chicken and said it was somewhat dry, but overall good. I got a power bowl which was very good

Great experience and value! wines chosen were great pairings with our meal, the Somm presenting was outstanding - just the right amount of information and then walked around the room answering deeper questions from the audience. Meal was very good and for the price great value!
