Novitá is consistently GREAT. The food and service don’t disappoint. A solid choice for date night, girls’ night, or family dinner.

Initially we waited a little while to be served, but soon after service greatly improved. We ordered and were quickly brought appetizers and then the entrees. All enjoyed their entrees. The lobster quesadillas which on the special menu were delicious. The desserts we shared of churros and tres leches were very tasty. Excellent Mexican cuisine enjoyed by all.

Had a great anniversary dinner celebration at Copperhill. It's a relatively small menu which allows them to focus on creating excellent dishes. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that vegetables and salads are numerous, prepared with creativity and full of flavor. I'm not a vegetarian but I always enjoy the vegetarian entrees here such as the mushroom polenta and roasted butternut squash. My son's short ribs with polenta was also excellent. The room is homey and congenial, service is attentive and well informed. I always like Copperhill for a special occasion.

The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides and appetizers were equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Our server went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking, offering excellent recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Brittany our waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable. She explained the menu clearly. She knew all about wine. Ask for Brittany when you go there for dinner
