The Two Sawyers is a 16th Century Inn recently refurbished and under family ownership. We pride ourselves on serving excellent beer and food. A 17th Century former smugglers haunt-- this is a pretty little pub in a lovely marshland setting with tables and benches on the front terrace and in the back alongside the riverbank. Inside it's very easygoing and chatty. The main bar has hop-draped painted beams, a green dado, and stools against the bar where they serve a beer called Oxney Ale specially brewed for the pub by Westerham Brewery. To the right is a cosy eating area with wheelback chairs-- ideal for a banquette with friends around a few long tables.

Really liked it here. The ambience was nice, staff really nice and helpful. Food was really good and came out quickly. We also had cocktails which were good. Would definitely return.

Everything was great. Food was delicious. Dogs were welcome. Atmosphere was cosy. Preferred the snug over the main restaurant - it was just so cosy! Would highly recommend.

Lovely food as always. Our turkey curry was delicious and our friends who were dining with us had a very generous portion of fish and chips. The batter was nice and crisp and the chunky chips were just right. Loved the panettone bread and butter pudding we had as a desert. Great service, very efficient and friendly. The restaurant was very warm and cosy with the open log fire in the bar.
